Question: How can I get a ticket?
Answer: Simply click Tickets at the top of the page. You can purchase tickets for fundraising events and the convention there. Convention tickets are online sales only.Question: Can I buy tickets at the door?
Answer: Tickets are usually sold online in advance. Please check availability before the event.Question: Are there early bird tickets?
Answer: Yes! Early bird tickets are available until 31 December at midnight, or unless they sell out. If they are sold out, Standard tickets will be available from 1st of January 2026.Question: Will I receive a physical ticket or an e-ticket?
Answer: You’ll receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details. You will need the order number. This serves as your proof of purchase and you will need this at the door or show your order fulfilled email.Question: What do I do when I arrive at the venue?
Answer: Head to the registration table and provide your order number (found in your confirmation email). Once confirmed, you’ll receive your event pass.Question: Can I buy a ticket for someone else?
Answer: Yes! Just share the order number with them or enter their email address when purchasing. Make sure it is a separate order from yours.
Question: How do I gift a ticket to a newcomer?Answer: When buying a ticket for a newcomer you need to do a separate order from yours so the order number can be given to the individual or you give it to registration and the pass will be added to the newcomer reserve passes.
Question: Are tickets refundable?
Answer: Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you can no longer attend, you are welcome to gift your ticket to a newcomer or someone else who would benefit. Please ensure you share your order number with the new attendee so they can collect the event pass at registration. -
Question: When and where is the LCNA 32 Convention?
Answer: The London Convention of Narcotics Anonymous 32 takes place 10–12 April 2026 at Friends House, 173–177 Euston Road, London NW1 2BJ.Question: What time does the venue open and close?
Answer: Opening and closing times will be shared closer to the event date and added to the programme.Question: Will food and drinks be available?
Answer: Absolutely! Friend’s House has a café, and we’ll have hot drinks, snacks, and meals available. There are also restaurants and supermarkets nearby at Euston Station.Question: Is there parking at the venue?
Answer: Friends House doesn’t have dedicated public parking. There is limited metered street parking on Endsleigh Gardens (Mon–Fri 8:30–18:30, Sat 9:00–13:00), plus nearby paid car parks and accessible bays. Please note the venue is in the Congestion Charge Zone.Question: How do I get there?
Answer: Euston Station is the closest, served by Northern, Victoria, and London Overground lines. Euston Square is a 7–10-minute walk.By bus: Euston Station (Stop H) is right outside the venue. Routes include 18, 73, 205, 390, N73, N205.
Tip: Check travel updates before your journey for any service changes.Question: Is there a hotel close by?
Answer: Yes! There are plenty of hotels nearby, including:· Pullman London St Pancras (0.2 miles)

Budget options include Kings Cross Inn, House of Toby, and Elmwood Hotel. Friend’s House also partners with The Imperial Hotel Group for discounted rates.Question: What are the overspill rooms and how do they work?
Answer: To ensure everyone can participate safely and comfortably during the last share and Clean Time Countdown in the main hall (capacity: 1000), we have arranged 4 overspill rooms. Here’s how it works:How Overspill Rooms Operate
When the main hall reaches capacity, attendees will be directed to designated overspill rooms within the venue. These rooms are equipped with live audio-visual feeds, so you won’t miss any part of the event.
Overspill rooms include: Benjamin Lay 3 (capacity: 140), Sarah Fell (100), Hilda Clark Suite (110), and Waldo Williams Site (120). This provides space for an additional 470 attendees.
Venue staff and volunteers will be on hand to guide you to the nearest available room and answer any questions.
Health & Safety Guidance
Please follow all instructions from staff and volunteers regarding room assignments and movement within the venue.
Do not block exits or aisles—keep pathways clear for everyone’s safety.
Each overspill room is equipped with accessible seating and step-free access. If you require additional support, please let a staff member know.
Fire exits and evacuation routes are clearly marked in every room. In the unlikely event of an emergency, follow staff instructions and exit calmly.
The venue is non-smoking throughout, including all overspill.
Only registered assistance animals are permitted inside the venue.

Question: Are pets allowed at the venue?
Answer: Only registered assistance animals are permitted. Pets are not allowed inside Friends House.
Question: Are there any areas in the venue to smoke?
Answer: The venue and the surrounding gardens are completely non-smoking and we risk losing access to the venue in future years if this condition is not adhered to.
Question: Is there free Wi-fi?
Answer: Yes, there will be QR codes around the venue to connect to the venues free Wi-fi.

Question: Can photographs be taken at the convention?
Answer: People are asked to be mindful when taking photos and using social media so that only people who’ve given consent are in photos or seen on social media. -
Convention Livestream Information
During the convention, a livestream will be available during the final share in the Main Hall on each day of the event.
The livestream can be accessed via the convention website and will also be connected through a prison link, allowing members who cannot attend in person to take part.
Please note the following important points:
The livestream is not recorded and must not be shared on social media or distributed in any form.
There will be two camera feeds:
One camera will focus on the speaker.
The second camera will show a partial view of the Main Hall.
Overspill rooms will not have cameras inside the rooms. Attendees in overspill rooms will be able to watch the livestream only and will not be visible on camera.
This arrangement helps us maintain a respectful, safe, and recovery‑focused environment while allowing wider access to the final share of each day.

Question: Are children welcome?
Answer: Yes. Children are welcome. We also have a crèche for younger children.Question: How is the crèche run, is it free?
Answer: The crèche is staffed by fully qualified officials with a current DBS check. The crèche is free for convention visitors. A Creche page will be available with more info soon. -
Question: Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Answer: Yes! Friend’s House offers step-free access, lifts to all floors, accessible toilets, and assistance if needed. For more information, please contact the Venue.
